GEOG 211 Quantitative Methods for Social Science
An introductory course for social science majorsproviding brief coverage of the research methodscommonly used in the social sciences along withthe most common quantitative analyses used bysocial scientists. This includes coverage of dataorganization, descriptive statistics, correlationand regression analyses, and an introduction tohypothesis testing and inferential statistics.
