FIN 305 Financial Statement Analysis
This course is an in-depth analysis of financialstatements and the accounting principles thatunderlie their preparation. Topics include theprocess of income determination, liabilityrecognition, and asset valuation, along withfinancial ratio anlaysis and pro-forma financialstatement preparation. Case analysis approach isused in addition to readings and problems. Thiscourse assumes a good background in financialaccounting and in the principles of finance.
