In this course, the focus is on the start-upprocess and the entrepreneurs who are the catalystfor new business formation. The primary areas ofconcentration include the following: the searchfor new venture opportunities; evaluation of theviability and attractiveness of the new venture;determining the amount of resources required andthe source of these resources; and the developmentof a team business plan appropriate forpresentation to venture capitalists.
