Appealing AIC Hearing Panel Decisions

Decisions of an AIC Hearing Panel are final, unless the student can document that a serious procedural error occurred. This documentation must be submitted to the Chief Academic Officer within ten business days of the hearing panel finding. The Chief Academic Officer will then review the student’s appeal, make a decision, and notify all parties of the decision and its rationale. The decision of the Chief Academic Officer will be final.
