MGT 321 Legal and Ethical Environment

This business law course focuses on civil law and introduces the student to business law and ethics and their relationship to and impact upon buisness. Topics include ethics, contracts, criminal law, torts, cyber crime, property and its protection (personal property and bailments, real property, insurance, wills and trusts), and Employment Law.
