Analysis of advanced federal tax issues related to nonprofit entities, S corporations, general partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability corporations, trusts, inheritance taxes and donations. Evaluation of the transfer of prices between related entities. Discussion of ethical values. Use of technology oriented to issues related to federal contributions.
