LDSP 3375 Cross-Cultural Leadership
Students will gain an understanding and appreciation of the influences of culture on the behavior of individuals and organizations. By living and studying in a different culture, students will identify ways that the history, heroes, music, religion, art, government, and education systems influence worldviews and patterns of human interaction. Students should also develop an appreciation and understanding of cultural influences on leadership, teamwork, and organization as they relate to their personal leadership philosophies. Travel fee may be required.
