MISS 6201 Mission Theologies

THEO 6201) Examination of contemporary foundations for the missionary enterprise of the church, such as global need, humanitarian compassion, mutual understanding of others, and especially a Christian theology of missions. Various missiologies and their corresponding approaches-such as Roman, Catholic, Ecumenical, and Evangelical-will be studied. Additionally, a proposed "Baptist" theology of missions will be formulated by each class participant.
