CRIJ 6358 Advance Organizational Theory
(3-3-0) This course studies organizations as working systems of human beings attempting to achieve certain goals and objectives. Various theoretical approaches to viewing organizations are used. Topics include the open systems model,community planning,constituency development,organizational design models,organizational change processes,and the concept of self-renewing organizations.
