PBHL 4382 Health Care Issues and Policy
This interdisciplinary course focuses on health policy and issues that affect consumers of health care and nursing practice. The organization of thehealth care system and the policy making process are explored and the legal, political, economic, social and environmental influences are analyzed. Selected topics are examined to help studentsanalyze issues, compare and contrast multipleviews on issues, and formulate appropriate responses to health care policy.
