KINE 2305 Fundamentals of Fitness & Performance

This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental componets of lifetime, motor, and sport performance fitness. The course will includepsycho-motor componets allowing students to experience basic fitness testing, fitness assesment and introductory personal fitness planning. Cognitive principles of exercise movement, training, and exercise leadership will be introduced.
