The analysis of customer data as the primary inputto developing strategies relationship eting. It examines customer acquisition and retention, segmentation, customer loyalty, lifetime-value analysis of the customer, and direct-responsemodeling. Heavy emphasis is placed on data analysis and customer relationship management.
