CRIJ 6358 Advance Organizational Theory
(3-3-0) This course studies organizations as working systems of human beings attempting toachieve certain goals and objectives. Varioustheoretical approaches to viewing organizations are used. Topics include the open systems model,community planning,constituency development,organizational design models,organizational changeprocesses,and the concept of self-renewing organizations.
