BSAD 6330 Legal and Ethical Issues in Business

An exploration of the legal environment of business, including coverage of traditional common law subjects such as contracts, property, and torts as well as laws and regulations governing advertising and sales, human resource management, and business formation. Each of these areas also present ethical issues which the course will cover alongside the legal issues, providing exposure to the major ethical theories and their application.
