    1. Develop a plan of action to secure employment in the healthcare field.

    4. Compare and contrast various types of employment/application correspondences.
    5. Analyze various interview strategies.
    6. Develop test-taking skills to prepare for the NBSTSA certification exam.
    7. Demonstrate responsible and accountable behavior within the role and competencies of the surgical technologist.

The grade will be determined using the Delaware Tech grading system:

90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
0-69 = F
