ESP 440 Cultural and Linguistic Diversity in Special Education

This course is an introduction to history of cultural and linguistically diverse students in special education. Legal cases relevant to advocacy for students with disabilties and their families are examined. Upon completion of this course, candidates can effecively advocate for the rights and needs of students with disabilties and their families.
