CMHC 735 Psychopharmacology

This course surveys the neurochemical, physiological, and behavioral effects of the major classes of psychoactive drugs, both therapeutic agents and drugs of abuse. The course includes discussions of drugs' mechanism of action, therapeutic indications, and physiological/behavioral side-effects. (Required for licensure in Arkansas)
