PHLT 410 Program Planning and Evaluation
Introduction to designing and implementing program evaluations in health related settings. Students will examine leading evaluation models relevant to formative, process, and outcome evaluations. Methodological considerations including threats to validity and basic analytical techniques will be reviewed in terms of their applicability to program evaluation. Quantitative and qualitative approaches will also be discussed.
