PSYC 262 Organizational Psychology
This course examines the contributions of industrial/organizational psychology to human resource problems in organizations. Topics include employee motivation, satisfaction, and commitment, organizational communication, leadership, group and team behavior, stress and worker well-being, organizational development, research, and statistics. The course is designed for Psychology and Business majors interested in working in a human resource field.
