HMBA 620 Healthcare Quality and Process Improvement

This course presents an overview of quality management and processes from the administrative perspective. Provides students with the knowledge, skills, and tools - including lean/Six Sigma - to implement, facilitate, and coordinate continuous quality improvement activities in healthcare environments.
