CMBA 605 Strategic Management Concepts and Applications
This course examines strategic alternatives and choices to be made by companies in view of the opportunities and threats, maximizing their strengths and minimizing their weaknesses. The creation of core competencies to enhance these strategic choices as well as their sustainable competitive advantages is examined. Tiered levels of management are also reviewed. The course integrates learning experiences gained in the prior courses by concentrating on decisions to be made at the senior management level.
