CMGT 498 Business Policy/Strategic Planning

This course will consist of a series of lectures and practice exercises in research methods and case analysis. The study of corporate and business level policy and strategy making is developed using a top-management perspective. A research report along with case analysis papers will be prepared by each member of the class. In-class case assignments will be used for discussion and evaluation.
