BIOL 414 Animal Histology
A study of the microscopic and ultramicroscopic structure of vertebrate (primarily mammalian) tissues and organs, i.e., microscopic anatomy. Special emphasis is placed on the relationship of structure to function. Group I Biology elective.
Prerequisite
BIOL 111/BIOL 111L and
BIOL 112/BIOL 112L with grades of "C" or higher,
CHEM 114/CHEM 114L or higher, seven additional credits in biology at the 200 level or higher, and junior or senior standing.
Corequisite
BIOL 414L.
