BIOL 1020 General Biology II

A taxonomic survey of living organisms (bacteria, protists, fungi, plants, and animals) and viruses. Includes study of structure and functions of organs and systems with emphasis on advanced plants and vertebrates. Also covers basic evolutionary and ecological principles and reinforces use of the scientific process. Prerequisite: BIOL 1010 or equivalent with a grade of “C” or better [Common Course Number CBIO 1013]  (3/0/3)
