HCM 310 Health Care Management
This course explores essential principles and techniques of quality improvement of patiend care and the management of services in health care organizations. The importance of organizational assessment and quality improvement will be emphasized. Topics will address basic fundamentals of quality management, systems thinking and goal setting, conflict management, statistical research and data collection tools, medical errors and reporting, public perception and health care accountability.
