NUR-205 INTRODUCTION TO NURSING SCIENCE
This course provides an introduction to the professional and scientific foundation of nursing practice. Topics such as the historical development of nursing, ethical, legal, and theoretical foundations of the profession are explored, and competencies necessary to provide safe, quality health care are presented. Pre-requisite: Admission to the Nursing Program, Corequisites: NUR 313, NUR 319, NUR 323.
