ISR-264 TAI CHI

A 16 week practice and study of the Chinese martial art tai chi quan/taiji chuan, including the Yang style '24' form (Basic/Simplified T?ai Chi), physical conditioning, breathing, internal energy (qi gong), meditation/relaxation (zazen), self-defense (external energy); brief history of taiji, philosophies of Taoism and zen.
