ISR-219 BODY SCULPTING

Body Sculpting: is a low impact program that sculpts the body with exercises that includes both cardiovascular and strength training routines. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. Methods include the use of students' own body weight, various fitness equipment (i.e., jump-rope, steps, tension bands, medicine balls, free-weights, etc.), and circuit training. Pre-requisites: none.
