SPM-823 SURGICAL SEMINAR
Students will be required to attend a total of 5 one-month outside clinical rotations at approved hospital-based or private office externship programs throughout the United States. The purpose of this additional training is to present geographical differences in medicine, epidemiology, and the practice of podiatric medicine throughout the United States, as well as provide the students with increased exposure to podiatric postgraduate training programs. Prerequisites: successful completion of SPM 712, 718, 719, and 720 as well as successful completion of the junior class clinical exit examination.
