MGMT 6330 Organizational Behavior

An analysis of organizational behavior theories and their application to organizational settings and the workplace with the goal of improving individual, group, and organizational performance. Students will examine the role of motivation, work attitudes, perception, decision-making, diversity, leadership, communication, power, teamwork, personality, culture, ethics, values, and other aspects of organizational life that drive human behavior in organizational settings.
