We are UTRGV’s foodservice experts, Dining Services oversees all retail food and resident dining operations and consults on food-related issues across all campuses. Our mission is to deliver delicious, high-quality food to a diverse campus community through a wide variety of food venues. Our team members are dedicated to the health of our campus community by focusing on preparing wholesome foods prepared in a manner that makes it appetizing and nourishing.
