Bachelor of Law-LLB Educational Goals
- Provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the foundation subjects of Common, Civil and Islamic Laws.
- Prepare students to analyze legal and relevant non-legal primary and secondary materials.
- Educate students to learn how to stand back and consider the ‘bigger picture’, of the legal situation.
- Enable students to demonstrate critical awareness of the context of law.
- Enable students to develop transferable skills of legal research, legal problem solving and legal communication.
Bachelor of Law Program Objectives and Learning Outcomes
At the end of the program, the student is expected to accomplish the following learning objectives:
- Understand rules and principles of law in civil and common law systems.
- Analyze facts and evidence in legal and ethical scenarios.
- Apply legal knowledge in social and professional ethical context.
