RN-BSN Upper-Level Program-Requirements

Upper-division-level nursing credits earned more than 10 years prior to the student’s enrollment date may not be applied to upper division-level nursing requirements in the RN-BSN degree program.
Courses that may be eligible for transfer into the RN-BSN program to meet upper division-level nursing credit requirements must have been completed at a institutionally accredited college or university, and a school of nursing accredited by a national nursing accrediting body [Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA), or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)].
Students enrolled in the RN-BSN degree program must earn a grade of C (73) or better in the nursing courses for the credit to be accepted toward the degree.
Students enrolled in the RN-BSN degree program will be governed by academic policies for graduate nursing courses while enrolled in the graduate nursing courses required for the BSN degree.
Students enrolled in the RN-BSN degree program may repeat each nursing course, one time each. (Except graduate courses, see above policy.)
