AVF-364 Aviation Law

This course covers the development of air law including federal and
state regulatory functions, rights and liabilities of aviators and
operators, rights of third parties on the ground, and rights of
passengers in tort and contract cases. It also provides a study of
international conventions, agreements, and associations such as the
International Civil Aviation Organization.
