HOS 272 Hotel and Restaurant Externship II

Students gain practical experience in the daily operation of a hospitality property. The students rotate through the various workstations of the property and acquire the skills for those positions. Students find their externship sites with the assistance of the faculty. Prerequisite: Completed program coursework or approval of the advisor. Lecture Hours: 0; Externship Hours: 135.
