Stratford University is a proprietary institution of higher education and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stratford University, Inc. The control of University operations rests with its Board of Trustees, which is composed of the following members:

The Stratford University Board of Trustees is the designated policy-making agency for Stratford University, Inc. and shall have all of the powers and duties to ensure all University departments comply with the policies, procedures, and regulations of all accrediting bodies. University Administration is located at 2900 Eisenhower Ave. Alexandria, VA 22314.
