EMP 108 Event Catering & Hospitality Management

This course is designed to meet the needs of the event manager who represents the client and is responsible for choosing a caterer, selecting a menu, negotiating a price, managing the event, and integrating the food and beverage aspect into the total event experience. All aspects of food and beverage will be included.
