Associate of Arts
The concept of General Studies as a degree program at the baccalaureate level was approved by the College in March 2020. It has become apparent that an Associate of Arts would be valuable to a number of individuals in our student population.
The mission of the College is as stated, “Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College challenges students to think critically, become leaders, and effect change through knowledge and virtue rooted in our Catholic foundation.” An associate degree in General Studies would provide the students with the foundation for critical thinking and problem solving with the use of reliable information sources.
