WC 101 Foundations for Research

This course equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to obtain, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically, with a focus on relevant library research systems and tools. Topics covered include developing a research strategy, selecting finding tools, searching, using finding tool features, retrieving sources, evaluating sources, documenting sources, and understanding economic, legal, and social issues related to information and its use.
