GL 864 Ethical Leadership in a Global Society
This course will explore the complex moral and ethical challenges posed by cultural differences encountered as a leader operating in a global setting, making morally sound choices in a cross-cultural environment. The focal point for this course will be centered on understanding value relationships between culture and ethical decision-making, developing strategies that find common moral ground, overcome attitudinal differences, and solve ethical dilemmas soundly across cultural boundaries.
