EN 111 English Composition and Research Writing

This course explores strategies of critical reading, thinking and writing to improve students’ skills in writing to a professional audience. Analysis of texts and arguments are featured, and peer editing and revision are used as important tools for improving each student’s writing process in several essay formats, including multimedia. Citation skills and Standard English are addressed.
