CIS 132 Introduction to Networking

Students will get an introduction to concepts of setup, configuration, maintenance, management, and securing modern network infrastructure and services. Topics to be covered include OSI/TCP model, network assets, switching, routing, wireless, telephone, and cable infrastructure, the Internet, remote access, etc.
