GRN 2280 Aging and Mental Health

The nature and problems of old age, common emotional problems, psychiatric disorders and special concerns of the disenfranchised elderly will be covered. The course presents treatment options including psychotherapies, behavioral therapies and drug therapies with exploration of life review and grief work.
