SLP 5350 Aural Rehabilitation

This course will examine hearing impairments and the issues surrounding intervention by a speech-language pathologist with adults and children. Current research in aural-oral rehabilitation will be reviewed and students will examine the use of amplification, auditory training, speech-reading, speech and language intervention and assistive listening devices.
