NOTE: The General Education requirement is 44, and has been adjusted to 32, because the following Major or Related requirements will also satisfy the requirement: BIO 1260, MAT 2210, PSY 1110, SOC 1010.
Major Requirements (43 Credits)
Note: BIO 1200 and CHE 1320 should be taken at the same time by all first year Biology majors in this program of study.
Complete 12 additional BIO 2000/BIO 3000-level credits (12 Credits)
BIO 4610/BIO 4810 and BIO 4800/BIO 4910 may be substituted with Chairperson permission.

No Elective credits need to be used to fulfill Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) requirement for a B.S. degree. The 1 credit FST 1000 is applied to the required Electives.

For this track, students wanting a Chemistry Minor must request it with a Change of Major submission and complete additional CHE credits beyond the Related Requirements for Preallied Medical Programs.
