SPA 2150 Intermediate Spanish Conversation I, II

(formerly SPA 215, 216; 151, 152, 153; formerly Spanish Conversation I, II)

These courses are designed to reinforce oral expression and comprehension. Spoken Spanish is stressed by a review of grammar and idiomatic strategies for self-expression and the expression of ideas on topics of current interest and cultural significance in the Spanish-speaking world. Materials used include journalistic texts, films, videos, audiotapes, songs and short stories. The Department may change placement into a language course based upon individual previous language experience.
