EDUC 256 Secondary Transition Planning

The course will provide teacher education candidates (MCSED, AYA dual, and WESED majors) a variety of strategies and sample methodologies in functional academics and social/life, and employment skills for high school students with disabilities who are of transition age (secondary learners with intellectual and/or physical, sensory disabilities). A comprehensive portfolio will be required for this course. This course requires 20 clinical contact hours in The Pioneer Pipeline on campus.
