LEAD 103 Organizational Leadership

(Continuation of Leadership 101 for GLS/MLS/CLS/TLC students.) This course examines leadership in organizations from various standpoints including: leaders followers, common goals, the immediate operating environment, and the cultural values and norms that affect the leadership process. Students participate in service learning to help them apply their knowledge to the leadership process they see operating at their service site, and to thoughtfully observe and reflect upon their experience with leaders in specific organizational contexts. Additional fees apply.
