MIN 210 Fundamentals of Leadership

This course will overview theological and philosophical essentials for effective leadership. Students will explore how God has uniquely created them for leadership, analyze various leadership approaches, and learn how to adapt these approaches to different situations. The course will also cover strategies for team building and leading through change.
