CYF 201 Teaching Skills for Children
This course will equip students to teach God’s Word effectively to preschool and elementary school aged children. Students will learn how to prepare and present age-appropriate Bible lessons that challenge children to know and respond to God. Students will also design learning activities and environments that engage children and foster their spiritual growth. Throughout the course, students will have multiple opportunities to practice teaching, receive feedback, and refine their presentation skills. (3 credits)
